About TaMara..... TaMara, a professional sex coach and certified aerobics and fitness instructor, has a background in numerous types of movement and dance. Her training includes pole dancing, exotic movement, ballet, modeling, gymnastics, theater, creative dance, and yoga. TaMara initial interest in pole dancing and exotic movement began in 2004 when she enrolled in an exotic dancing workshop. Taken aback by the empowering transformation of the women in the class, TaMara knew at that very moment she had to become apart of such a powerful and wonderful life altering experience……. empowering women with the knowledge and skills that are essential to embark on a journey to discover, explore & unleash their feminine powers. TaMara began studying the art of pole dancing and strip tease with Gabrielle A. Gumbs, the owner of Aphrodite Strip~N~Pole. While under Gabrielle’s watchful eye, TaMara learned the importance of teaching students to slow down and connect with the music while allowing your body to flow naturally. In the summer of 2005, TaMara opened Beautifully Me, LLC. Beautifully Me is a professional upscale company dedicated to consistently creating eXperiences to empower women with the knowledge and skills necessary to embark on a journey of self-discovery, self-love, and self-efficacy. TaMara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Life Education (Spring Arbor University) and a Master of Science degree in Education with a specialization in the Art of Teaching (Johns Hopkins University). She is currently a pursing a PhD in Counseling Psychology TaMara has extensive background training and experience in the field of HIV/AIDS and other STIs. A published author, she has developed four successful curriculum designed to empower women and youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to make safer and healthier decisions. TaMara is also studying to become a certified Sex Educator and Clinical Sexologist with the Institute of Advanced Study in Human Sexuality. She is a member of the America Association of Sex Educator, Counselors and Teachers, International Fitness Association, Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, American Public Health Association, and American Association Physical, Health Education and Dance, and the National Dance Association.
