Founded in 1996 in Flint, MI under the
leadership of Bettina Campbell, LMSW
(Executive Director), YOUR Center
responded to a community-wide survey
that identified gaps and barriers that
have prevented Genesee County
residents in transforming their
neighborhoods to higher performing
communities, districts and cities. Your
Center's Mission is : To empower
under-served neighborhoods in north
and east Flint, MI by: Assisting
residents to identify and prioritize
needs of their neighborhoods.
Enabling residents to define those
services that will provide for their
health, well-being and safety.
Promoting solutions to social issues
unique to each neighborhood. Our
own Proprietress TaMara, is the
Director of Health and Wellness

We Rock the Red Pump! Beautifully Me
is a proud Ambassador! of the Red
Pump Project!
In observance of this day, Karyn of The
Fabulous Giver and Luvvie of
Awesomely Luvvie came up with the
idea of The Red Pump Project. The
concept is simple: Rock the Red Pump
on your blog to represent the strength
and courage of women fighting
HIV/AIDS or affected by the disease
both directly and indirectly. We ask that
on that day (March 10th), you embed
the Red Pump Widget within your post
with a short snippet of its significance,
or you can rock the widget on your
sidebar for the day. Support the Red
Pump Project
