Free PoleTaster (Intro) Classes
We offer free a PoleTaster class every third Saturday of the month. The class is designed to offer interested
clients an introduction into Beautifully Art of Pole Dancing. Space is limited and classes are offered on a first
come basis. You must pre-register for the PoleTaster by contact us via email or telephone. You must give
your first and last name, contact number and credit/debit card to reserve space. Your credit/debit card will
not be charged unless you fail to show up for your reserved class or fail to cancel in advance. The
reason we required the credit/debit card is to ensure that our clients are serious about the class. We find it
unfair to reserve a space for someone, only for them to not show up. In addition, takes space away from
someone that really may be interested in attending the PoleTaster.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We offer our clients a safe, non-threatening and non-judgemental environment. Due to the sensual and
intimate nature of our classes and workshops, we expect confidentiality and respect for and from all of our
clients, so we ask that whatever goes on in class stay within the boundaries of class. We want you to feel
free to express yourself and share your experiences, however please refrain from commenting on others. As
we are all on a journey to discover, explore & unleash our feminine powers and therefore must be supportive
and encouraging.
Class Session
Class sessions are arranged in 4-week sessions, one 60 minute class per week. Each class is sequential in
design, allow for reinforcement of newly acquired skills.
Payments and Deposits
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit card, credit card & money order.
Credit cards or debit cards are required for online deposits and payments.
Once a payment or deposit for a class, workshop or private session has been made, no refunds will be
issued. However you will have an opportunity reschedule or "make-up" the missed session in compliance with
the "Missed Class or Session Policy" (see below)
The Art of Pole Dancing, Exotic Dance & Sensual Movement, & SeXyrobics Sessions
The fee for a 4-week session is $64.50. This is payable with a $32.25 non-refundable* deposit to reserve
your spot in class, and $32.25 non-refundable* balance due at the first class.
Private Sessions
We require a credit card number in order to schedule a private session. The credit card number will be taken
at the time of reservation, but will not be charged unless there is a no show for your scheduled session and/or
cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to appointment session. If you do not have a credit card then a
money order, check or cash payment is required to book the session. If deposit payment is
made by check, the date will not be confirmed until the check has cleared the bank.
Private Parties
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date for a private event. The balance is due the day
of the event.
Check Policy
Beautifully Me does not accept checks.
Cancellation
Our primary goal is provide the best possible service to our clients. In order to accomplish this goal, it is
important that clients provide the proper notice when they need to cancel an appointment and/or class.
As part of our continued effort to provide you with the very best of service, we have implemented a
Cancellation Policy. Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled
appointment and/or class. All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges. Late
arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and/or class time.
Once a payment or deposit for a class or workshop has been made, no refunds will be issued. However you
will have an opportunity reschedule or "make-up" the missed session in compliance with the "Missed Class or
Session Policy." (see below) Once a payment has been made for a private session, no refunds will be
issued. However, with 24 hours notice, the payment may be transferred towards
another private session.
Punctuality
Being on time is greatly appreciated so that you may receive the all the benefits of your class, session or
workshop and our other clients are not inconvenienced. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before
your scheduled class, session or workshop time. Late arrivals result in shorten appointment or class time
which ultimately reduces the benefits of participating in the class, session or workshop.
Missed Class or Appointment Policy
If you miss a class and want to make it up, it is your responsibility to make it up within the 5 -week session.
You can make up the class by attending any of the other classes during the 4-week session. If you plan to
attend a class, please call or email ahead of time.
If you miss an a session, it is your responsibility to reschedule your session. We do not guarantee that you
will receive the same day and time as your originally scheduled session. Additionally, you may be required to
pay any fees associated with the "Cancellation Policy."
Guest & Visitors
Absolutely no guest or visitors are permitted to attend any class and/or workshop.
Filming
Classes and/or workshops may not be filmed and/or recorded without express written consent from
Beautifully Me LLC's Proprietress.
